Mr. Mattaroccia’s experience focuses on Electro-mechanical machines design. He has, however, counseled clients in connection with numerous areas of Engineering including CAD, CAM, 3D Printing, patents, machine safety standards, research and development of hybrid manufacturing processes. He is experienced in the full spectrum of project execution-from initial brainstorming and assessment to prototyping, technical analysis, manufacturing, inspection all the way through to factory acceptance tests.

As an expert Mechanical Design Engineer, Mr. Mattaroccia is responsible for designing state-of-the-art automated equipment that dramatically increase the efficiency, safety and reliability of manufacturing processes, working alongside product designers, manufacturing engineers and executives.

Mr. Mattaroccia was raised in Cassino, Italy. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, he joined the Engineering Department of the family business, where he designed and developed a wide range of components and systems in the fields of earthmoving and mining. During this period he began further studies in machine design, towards a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. Mattaroccia graduated the University of Cassino in 2006 and he is a fully licensed and registered Professional Engineer in the EU. Desiring to expand his engineering background he decided to focus on learning English as a second language and prepare for an international career. In 2007 he moved to New York where he now lives with his wonderful wife Valentina, daughter Giorgia and son Lorenzo.

Mr. Mattaroccia’s unique brand of skills has granted him the opportunity to design over 450 machines for brands across multiple industries, creating game-changing products for many organizations including Fortune 500 corporations: Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Kraft, Heinz, McDonald's, Unilever, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Ocean Spray, PepsiCo, Standard Motor Products and many more. He brings a true one-of-a-kind blend of creativity, utility, aesthetics, and elegance to his designs that is unrivaled in the industry.

He also serves as a Continuing Education Teacher at the LaGuardia Community College (CUNY) in Long Island City, where he teaches advanced CAD-CAM skills to working professionals.

Mr. Mattaroccia is well-versed in 3D Parametric CAD, CAM, MBD, FEA, and believes that advancement in Additive Manufacturing, Simulation, VR, AI software and technology is an exciting and critical step toward better, more efficient and more vital designs in the future.

He is heavily involved with Top Executives of Dassault Systèmes Solidworks in testing new technologies, debug beta releases and improve the overall user experience while contributing to the advancement of the virtual development.

Core Member of the Engineering, Architecture and Robotics Commission at the NYDOE, Mr. Mattaroccia shares his time, talent, energy, and resources to ensure Career and Technical Education (CTE) curriculum and programs match the real-world needs of today and tomorrow.

Mr.Mattaroccia currently serves the position of Engineering Fellow at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc, where he is responsible for the Additive Manufacturing Program and the development of internal manufacturing equipment.
